Mexican Style Spiced: I found it incredibly easy to cut minimal amounts of the powdered mix into my homebrewed lattes to make Mexican mochas. Using the mix in this way to compliment my coffee, smaller doses were capable without watering down the drinks. There was some sting in the throat in the end from the cayenne pepper like spice. But not much. Just a bite.
